The Cristal Sands Hotel has exceeded all expectations. The hotel staff were very friendly to us, always came to our aid and were ready to help us with anything we needed. The service is excellent and corresponds to 5 stars. The room is huge with air conditioning, panoramic windows, a balcony and a kitchen, but there are no appliances and plates. The Jacuzzi in the room is a great way to get some privacy, to be outside the environment of other people. However, the water seemed cool enough to us, but I'm sure it will be great for other people. The entrance to the pool is open to hotel visitors from 7:30 to 22:00. It's not deep, but it's perfect for getting high-quality photos and relaxing. The breakfasts are divided into 2 types: continental and buffet. On weekdays, there was a continental, where you can choose from a special menu of dishes. The selection is small, but the portions are excellent and everything was incredibly delicious. There was a buffet at the weekend, where they cooked dishes in a pan of eggs with the desired additives right in front of you. The food, fruits, pastries - everything was satisfying and incredibly delicious. We ordered dinner in the room, as we returned late from the tour. The opportunity is great, but I didn't really like the quality of the dishes (maybe I was just unlucky) + the price on the menu is without taxes and service fee. There are games on the 10th floor that can be taken to the room. There is a local Tuk-tuk on duty next to the hotel, which will take you to Galle or Hikkaduwa for the price of a penny. There were always waves and a red flag in the ocean during our stay (29.10-03.11), but to wet your feet carefully and take cool pictures is something incredible. Unfortunately, there are no shops around, but you can take a cheap bus and get to them.

It's a very cool hotel. We had a rest together with a young man, the room is large, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is convenient. The balcony has a magnificent view of the ocean. The staff is very helpful, the room was cleaned every day. The beach has waves, but they are small, it was comfortable for us to swim. I was glad that there are quite a few people. The only thing I didn't really like was that in the restaurant on the 10th floor, the prices on the menu are without tax and service fee.

The hotel itself is super - sanitary, bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, restaurant, food, ocean view! But it stands in a deserted place, all the entertainment, shops, beaches with cafes are 8-11 km from the hotel. The hotel's private beach is a long sandy beach without shade (there are 10 umbrellas above the sun beds) and with fairly large waves daily.
