I liked the hotel. The food is excellent, closer to European cuisine. Lots of beef, chicken. The drinks are mostly imported, whiskey Passport Scotch, Red Label, I liked the red wine, rakia is very good. There is live music in the restaurant in the evening. There were not enough fruits, during our stay (early June) there were neither strawberries nor cherries, although they were sold at every turn in Kemer. The hotel is not old. One drawback, but maybe it only affected us, we didn't get into the cleaning schedule in any way, so we only cleaned up two times in twelve days. The mini bar is replenished daily, if requested, and the safe is free of charge. The animation is varied. The animators are fine, boccia, darts, water polo every day, the child liked it. The beach is pebbly, but you can do without slippers for swimming, the beach is not very large, in the height of the season there may not be enough sun beds. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel, but across the street.

We had a vacation in August 2025.I liked everything.Settlement is mandatory.The room is great..we bought it with a sea view.With access to the stage, where all the animation is..Very convenient.The whole program was watched and enjoyed from the balcony.The noise didn't bother me at all..At exactly 23 o'clock, everything went quiet...The food is varied.There are different locations to eat.. An open veranda was chosen for this purpose.Live music is played for dinner.The staff is very friendly.Ala maps ..I really liked the Italian restaurant..both the service and the delivery.The sea is great, the beach is a bit cramped, but we got used to it..the snack is great on the beach.Clean, tidy up.Only outsiders came without pressing bracelets and were located in front of us on the 1st line by the sea just without sun beds.Everything is convenient for walking too.The hammam, I really liked the massage...I recommend

The Crystal Deluxe Hotel is exactly the vacation we dreamed of! Rest date: August 2025 We would like to express our gratitude to the management and all the staff of the Crystal Deluxe Hotel for the perfect vacation! We had been vacationing since August 18, 2025 and left with a great mood and a desire to return again. The service at the hotel is really excellent. From the very moment of arrival, we were greeted with a smile, quickly and without unnecessary questions were checked into the room. The staff, cleaners, animators, waiters are all very polite, attentive and always ready to help. There is a feeling that they are really trying for the guests here. Separately, I would like to praise the restaurant and the All Inclusive system. The food is just great! Thank you for the unforgettable emotions!
