I don’t recommend them. They ruined my puffy coat and are now saying it was already damaged when I brought it in, mentioning we wrote it on the paper however it is a lie.

We took the jacket to the dry cleaners at the Megamall, and the jacket was returned a week later with white spots at the seams. The receptionist said, "it's just dust spots," but it's not normal to give customers things in the dust, what kind of dry cleaning is this? We refused to pick up the item in this form. They arrived and were picked up a week later. When they opened the house, it was exactly the same story: there were dust stains on the jacket, and the smell of perfume remained (if they had cleaned it in good faith, the smell would not have remained). Wasted money, I don't recommend it.
