Cons: rooms 419 and 418 are connected by a common door, there is zero noise insulation, so the neighbor's night cough and all the variety of sounds of his vital activity are in your room. The armchair in the room with a giant stain joyfully greets you immediately upon entering the room, it looks disgusting. The windows are flowing and draughty, they are so dirty that it is unpleasant to open the curtains. Exterior window sills with peeling paint. The hotel is clearly saving on light bulbs and lights. In the room, she is stupidly alone in the ceiling, the lamps and floor lamp shine dimly, in the corridor the light bulbs work through one. It is impossible to wash properly, because if someone flushed the toilet in the hotel, you will be scalded with boiling water from the shower, and then doused with cold water. The bed is so uncomfortable that after 3 days of sleeping on it, the whole body hurts. It is impossible to call the city from the room, the internal numbers of the hotel services are indicated on the buttons, but they do not match the real ones. On TV, all the channels are showing with interference, the TV is so old that there is not even a USB. The room is so smoky that in 4 days the fog has not worn off. When checking in, of course, no one asked if we were OK or not ok with this. The staff is friendly and nice, it somehow brightened up the impression.

We stayed with my husband in a club room. Good location. We settled in quickly, the staff are polite and pleasant. The room is clean, fresh, after the trip it was nice to see a sweet compliment, it was also very tasty, thank you. -1 star for: 1) they didn't put soap in our room, we called the reception, they promised to bring it, an hour later they called us from the reception to clarify what we were missing) and as a result, the soap was not brought to us. The next day we asked the maid for soap. 2) the lid of the kettle spontaneously opens when it starts to boil, apparently steam opens it, but we did not ask the staff to fix it. There is a large selection for breakfast, the products are fresh, but everything cooked is not very tasty 🤷♀️
