Level 6 Local Expert

Not a bank, but some kind of collective farm. Employees do anything except customer service. The queue of 30 rooms moves by one number every 30 minutes. Employees sit in the windows and just don't call customers. It would be better if such branches did not open at all. The bank's management is probably the same as the employees, since they do not respond.

The worst bank branch. Of the 6 windows, 3 are working. Waiting in line for more than 2 hours. The street terminal for receiving money does not work, there is very often no money in the ATM. I highly do not recommend it.

It's a disgusting bank. The operators do not have the information. Of the 6 windows, only 2 are working, at best 3. They call the client, if he is not there, then they just sit for 30 minutes and do not accept other clients. It can still be listed for a long time and a lot. I don't know if the problem is with the entire bank or just this branch. But I'm not happy with his work.
