The feeling of professional service did not arise. We couldn't adjust the hydraulic brakes - we washed the pads with dishwashing detergent, burned, sanded - the situation with the brakes has not changed. Lapping over several trips did not help. They also couldn't fix the umbrella on the wheel. They referred to a crooked fork or frame, which is generally possible, but no clear diagnosis was announced. After that, WhatsApp communication caused only disappointment. I will be looking for another service with more accurate working methods and an adequate attitude to customers.
