Convenient location. Pratamnak, 9 Kositsyn. Quiet area. The beach with the same name Cozy Beach is a five-minute walk away. Nearby there is a 7/11 store, vegetable and fruit outlets, a cool seafood and meat buffet. The entrance fee is about 300 baht, you cook and eat as much as you want. Before descending to the sea, there are three large restaurants with stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand and Lan Island: Sky gallery, Chocolate factory and 3 mermaids. It takes about 10 minutes to stomp uphill to the tuk-tuk.

I really like this condo.. Location, service, functionality - swimming pools, sauna, hammam, gym, billiards with table tennis, children's playground, sushi cafe, etc. I've been staying here purposefully for a month and a half of winter for 2 years in a row.
