I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was beyond my expectations. The overall comfort was excellent, making my stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. The room was very cozy, clean, and well-prepared, which made me feel at home. I would also like to give special thanks to Valeria at the reception. She was always kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Her constant support and friendly attitude made a big difference and added great value to my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again in the future.

the concierge of the Cosmos Selection Moscow Arbat hotel Elina is really a nice person, she speaks English so well and helped me book different activities around Moscow, it was pleasure meeting her. Rashad is a really nice man too, very welcoming and so kind and helpful, great man.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and faced an issue as my luggage was lost upon arrival at the airport. I filed a report at the airport, and from the very first day at the hotel, I met the front desk employee her name is Sabina, to whom I explained my problem. She listened attentively and, being very professional and cooperative, immediately contacted the airport to expedite the process of retrieving my luggage. For 5 consecutive days, she followed up continuously until the luggage was finally delivered. I would like to conclude my review by saying that I have visited many cities and stayed at international hotels, yet I have never encountered such an outstanding and dedicated employee as Sabina. My overall evaluation of the hotel deserves ten stars for its excellent location, professional staff, cleanliness, comfort, safety, and quality of service.
