Level 11 Local Expert

Cosmopolitan Hotel in Shymkent pleasantly surprised you! Modern design, spacious lobby, huge and cozy rooms. The location is the best you can think of, everything is close by. The staff is polite, smiling, pleasant to communicate with. The breakfasts are delicious, but guys, why are the cheesecakes only every other day?! It's just a kind of holiday when they are! I really want them to be EVERY day. And one unpleasant surprise — a towel rack and a bathrobe are hanging directly above the toilet. Seriously? It's inconvenient and somehow completely unhygienic. Why do that? But overall the hotel is cool, the emotions are mostly positive. I recommend it, but with a couple of "buts".

A great new fresh hotel with crisp linens. A large selection of buffet breakfasts. The bathroom is clean and tidy. Cons: the sound insulation is not very good. I can hear the neighbors in the room. The ventilation is very loud. You can hear it well especially at night.
