I accidentally came across an advertisement for this salon and fell in love with one haircut and immediately signed up, and I'm so glad that I got into Irina's golden hands! My words are not enough to describe how much I liked the result and the process! Irina is a very attentive, empathetic and sweet sorceress and a master of her craft. She helped me with literally every question, from haircut tips to styling methods and a list of products for my luxury! And as I was incredibly pleased with the result, Irina took into account absolutely all my wishes and even more. I want to come back to such a master again and again, which I will do! The interior itself is very pleasant, bright and modern. There is attention to detail, from the bag stands everywhere to the delicious drinks that are included in the price! It's a beautiful place!

I have been a customer of the salon for several years. I decided on a complex coloring. I brought references, had a consultation, did a test strand - nothing foreshadowed trouble. What I got: an indistinct lightening that completely missed the reference, and a dirty red color that had to be worn in a bun for a week. They sent me to another master to fix it, and offered me 2 options: either to return my color, grow it back and try again after six months, or lighten it again, which is very risky for my thin and porous hair. Bottom line: I tinted my hair to my own color and cut it off. The red hair is still breaking through, which means that for the next six months at least I will have to regularly tone and restore them. The case when it was better before visiting the salon. The money was returned, of course, but I spent a lot of time, nerves, and I'll spend a lot of money trying to fix poor-quality work.

I want to share my experience of visiting the CORNER salon. At the very beginning of our session, it turned out that the entry I came for (complex coloring and haircut) would come at a completely different cost, and not according to the promotion I signed up for on Instagram. The master explained that the managers write it down and they themselves do not understand that more materials are needed for a certain length and density of hair and the cost cannot remain the same. It increased by 115 bel. rubles. But it is worth saying that this situation could have been avoided, because two weeks ago I went to this master for a consultation about this coloring, and she did not inform me about the final cost then, although she could have done it. During the coloring process, the master did not communicate with me, I showed her the references and practically did not hear any additional questions or explanations until the end of the coloring. When the coloring was over and the towel was removed from my head, what was my surprise that my wet hair looked literally the same as my wet unpainted hair looked. The master explained correctly that the hair would be lighter when we dried, but I realized at the moment that I had not received the result I wanted. As a result, after drying and cutting, I ask the master why my expectations did not collide with reality, but bypassed it, the master explained that the original hair color on the reference was lighter, and it is impossible to achieve a similar effect on my hair without a stronger lightening. It was also said that a lighter shade might not be suitable. In my opinion, these nuances should have been discussed BEFORE the procedure or DURING the work process, but not at the end of the work. The result didn't upset me as a whole, because the changes were minimal compared to my natural hair color, and I was upset that I paid about $200 for it. As a result, after 5 hours in the salon, I got neither a wow effect of transformation, nor decent service, nor a good mood.

As a result, I waited 30 minutes and got to another master, because the administrator confused the clients and the master to whom I signed up already had a client. Firstly, the organization of the space: the clients are opposite each other, which is why the hair after the haircut flies in all directions, including I found a couple of other people's hair in my coffee. I didn't really like the result of the haircut, it seemed that I wanted it even shorter, the master began to insist that I definitely didn't need it shorter, eventually I came home and was unhappy with the length. The toilet is in some kind of closet, where craftsmen walk by, you feel uncomfortable while you wait. Three stars just for being polite. Unfortunately, there is no desire to return at all.
