( 17.04.2025) I'll start with the interior, stylish, minimalistic, comfortable sofas in the lounge area and there is a dressing room with a large mirror. I was greeted by a very nice girl at the reception and she made me some delicious coffee. By the way, I was impressed with the menu, there is strawberry matcha and nutty raff, I chose the second one and did not lose. In addition, small snacks in the form of nuts and dried fruits are served. The procedure itself went as usual, but with one exception, for the first time I almost fell asleep in the sink, very comfortable chairs, nothing hurts under my neck, and Alexandra's golden hands plunged me into complete relaxation. Already at this stage, I realized that I had found my master, Sasha is very sensitive, attentive, also answered all my questions and provided advice on care and styling. I decided to cascade with her! She didn't regret it, she has a "light hand". P.S. I've been thinking for a long time whether to make impressions and especially a master! Before the new year, I signed up for a hairstyle selection service by a specialist in face shape and hair structure. When I came to the salon, I was immediately told that only a straight cut, because the hair is vitreous (I do not consider my hair to be such). Okay. Then she asked me to fix my bangs, because I don't really like the way it lies. They told me to grow up. Okay. Let's go wash our hair. I think, well, now at least she'll style my bangs and hair beautifully. As a result, I came out with slicked-back hair and bangs (although I have my own volume) and paid 100 rubles for an even cut. I talked to the administrator, but there were no changes or loyalty requests.just an excuse and a decoding of the specialist's words. I will not return to this salon again and I will not recommend it to all my friends.

For complex coloring and haircut + grooming, at first I really liked the coloring on euphoria — it looks good on the whole. However, as soon as I walked out the door of the salon and saw myself from the outside, I realized that this was absolutely not what I wanted. I wanted to keep about 80-85% of my natural hair color, but the result was about 40-50%. Although I showed the reference, the result turned out to be completely different, as if I had almost completely dyed blonde, which is what I was afraid of. I couldn't control the process — it was the first time in my life that I was in a salon and I didn't understand anything at all about coloring and hair care. Therefore, I fully trusted the master and did not interfere in the process. I thought I made my wishes clear, but obviously the master misunderstood me or decided to do it his way. The result is this: when the euphoria passed, and it happened almost immediately, I was already walking to the subway with tears in my eyes. I decided to give it 1 star, not 3, and update the review a little over a week later, as I've only just noticed this nightmare. I've already come to terms with the color – I still don't like it, but it washed up a little warm, I cried the whole first week every time I looked in the mirror, the coloring was wrong and the color was too cold for my appearance. But now I have a new complaint: besides the fact that I was dyed almost blonde, I also had a very bad haircut. Except for her bangs, thank God she had a good haircut. In the salon, instead of 5 cm, they cut off all 10 of them. Until that moment, I hadn't noticed that in addition to this happiness, I'd gotten a VERY crooked haircut. I went to bed with a wet head, I thought that my hair was wrinkled, but alas, I straightened it, and it turned out that they were still of different lengths. I am attaching a photo before and after straightening. Apparently, such a price is not a guarantee of a good result. For almost 700 rubles, to get a coloring that you absolutely did not want, and crookedly cropped hair, it's certainly WOW. Thank you for not letting me down.

You sign up in advance (specify what you want to do and the color of the coloring IN ADVANCE ) and you are booked for a consultation the day before the procedure, and you still need it or not, whether you work that day or not, and when you refuse the consultation, it turns out that you can no longer paint yourself because you don't have the paint you need) it's not even funny, why make a comment column for an entry if it's not even being read, and why would I go to a paid consultation if they tell me to wait a certain number of days for the paint to appear. In general, my opinion deteriorated because for several years I really loved this place and recommended it to my girlfriends.
