Advantages: Correlation of price vs confort is just perfect: you get what you paid for and even more. Location is a hidden gem: quiet, calm, and only 3-5 minutes far from all kinds of shops, restaurants, services and public transport. Staff was very friendly, super polite and helpful. Room was old, but clean and warm. Inconveniences: Desk works only 11am-11pm, it is clearly stated on booking and on reception, so we all should be aware prior, however it might feel surprising and frustrating. Walls are thin and very far from soundproof, but I slept well anyway. Since it’s my first time in Tbilisi, I have nothing to compare with, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A modern hotel, everything is new, the renovation is wonderful, there was no sign on the 1st floor, I had to call, the location is very good, everything is within walking distance, I couldn't pay right away, I went to change the money, as a result I paid only the next day, we had a large company, everyone arrived at different times and also left The staff is very friendly, well done!!!

A small but cozy hotel in the old part of Tbilisi. Very convenient location. Cozy rooms. There is everything you need. The administrators are very responsive. Coffee is served in the morning!) Tea and a teapot in the room. Beautiful view from the room. There are cozy Streets and cafes nearby. The famous marionette Theater is located on one street! We will definitely return to this hotel. Good luck and prosperity!
