We had a vacation with my sister and children in early June 2025. Overall, I liked the hotel, and I'll mention a few points that I noticed. First of all, the speed of the Internet. It's free only near the reception, but it's terrible. There is no speed. It was rare to get through. Constantly throws it out of the network. If you needed something very necessary, I would come after 12 at night. It wasn't much, but the speed was good. I talked to a woman, they bought paid Internet, they said she was constantly throwing it away too. The second point is the incredible heat and stuffiness in the lobby of the hotel in the reception area. People come here to go online, meet with guides, wait for a transfer, find out the necessary information, solve some issues. But it's just terribly hot in June. For some reason, they probably save electricity and don't turn on the air conditioners. I don't know what happens there in July and August, but when I met my guide on arrival, I thought I would lose consciousness from the heat. Complete disrespect for vacationers. As for animation, the guys are great. Every other day, they unwind on their own and alternate with imported shows. In the afternoon, at 12 o'clock, competitions are organized by the pool - but somehow it is unclear who people are chosen - they take teenagers, and after 10-15 minutes they no longer take part. Children who are old enough are just getting offended. No complaints about the food. Lamb, turkey, fish, it was gone that they start to give red fish, the queue is forming. It's over and they're already giving out a simple fish. It's just one tray. Those who didn't make it were too late... the same applies to baklava. I didn't have time right away, that's it. By the way, there are more delicious sweets in the hotel lobby opposite the bar. It 's better and tastier there . The guys by the pool make great cocktails. Maybe in the lobby bar too, but we took it near the pool. We visited an a la carte restaurant with Ottoman cuisine. The shish kebab is delicious on skewers, and for me, soups are delicious everywhere - not only in this restaurant, but also in the common dining room. The sea is pebbly- we liked swimming from the pier more. It is now equipped with a special coating. The room was a family room-2 rooms. Everything is fine. We cleaned every day. Shower gel on the wall in a container. Shampoo, balsam, they took their own. Towels were changed when they were left on the floor, beach towels were not changed, we realized that this was a paid service. There was an unpleasant moment- we left at night, first we turned to the Russian-speaking Yulia at the reception to order lunch boxes. She said she would contact Uncle Turk, who would be there after 4 p.m. in the evening. We contacted him- yes, it's good. As a result, when they came to pick it up, they had to order it at a restaurant that was already closed. It was very unpleasant, especially since we have 3 children with us. But overall, everything went well. We rested, bought up and tanned ourselves.
