On October 29, I visited your cafe with my mother and bought a dish: chicken breast with mushrooms in sour cream sauce and buckwheat. The portion looked full in the window, but after paying and warming up, I was actually given leftovers — just three small pieces of chicken, the rest of the dish consisted of sauce and buckwheat. The cost was 800 tenge for a full-fledged portion of chicken with mushrooms, which, in fact, turned out to be inconsistent with the actual volume and content of the dish. I consider such service unacceptable. The last remnants of the product were given to the customer, but the full cost was taken — this can be regarded as misleading and a violation of service standards. The situation caused great disappointment, spoiled the impression of the institution, and lost my appetite. I ask you to check the work of the staff, pay attention to portion control and quality of service. I am awaiting a response and measures taken to prevent such cases in the future.
