The gas station has the lowest quality of service I've ever seen. The cashiers are in a mess, the cashiers don't have time to let go of the visitors, and there's a crowd at the cashiers. Those who have come to refuel cannot do this, because they are waiting for the whole queue to choose croissants and chewing gum. Cashiers skip the queue for some well-known reasons. Today, a man (definitely not pregnant), middle-aged (not a pensioner, not a veteran), who, like me, came to fill up a full tank, let me through. Maybe he has a bigger tank? Or did he refuel something more expensive than 98? Unclear. Instead of apologizing for his mistake, the cashier makes a claim to me that I'm not yelling at the entire gas station about my full tank. But shouldn't she have asked me, if I was next in line, if I was filling up the tank or not, before letting someone go ahead? This problem has existed since the very first day of the opening of this branch, and I have repeatedly addressed it to the manager Gulmira. Obviously, there is no intention to improve the quality of service here.

After refueling the full tank, they decided to move slightly to the side in order to carefully clear the ice from the wheels without interfering with other visitors to the station. But two employees approached us with a clearly unfriendly attitude. They began to complain and accuse us of allegedly "littering the territory." In fact, they hindered our actions aimed at ensuring the safety of the way ahead, despite the fact that we were customers of your gas station and left a considerable amount on it. I consider this behavior absolutely unacceptable! I ask you to look into what happened, carry out appropriate work with the staff and provide an official response based on the results of the review of this situation.
