Upon arrival, it turned out that the house we ordered was without air conditioning, the condition of the room was terrible, we asked to replace the room, but we were refused, we had to fight with them and ask for an alternative option, we were looking for an alternative the option was found all day and only in the evening, after such stress, of course, we no longer had the strength to go to the beach as the hotel administration shook our nerves!
