Не ждите, что с вами там обойдется любезно мастер. Им бы поучиться сервису, а именно деликатному общению, не только оказанию услуг. Заявлять, что невозможно сделать то то и то то, тогда как другой салон прекрасно справился с задачей - это говорит лишь о знаниях и "мастерстве" мастера. Крайне не рекомендую тем, кому важен клиентоориентированный подход. Больше пафоса, чем мастерства!
