Yesterday we visited a coffee shop with my wife, ordered L-sized coffee. After preparing our drinks, we found out a very unpleasant news-there are NO lids and cup holders! At a minimum, you should warn about this and offer an alternative even BEFORE paying for the order. Do you think I should walk down the street with a terribly hot glass (the coffee in which was definitely hotter than normal)without a cup holder and WITHOUT a LID??? The barista didn't even apologize after the remark from us, but just threw up his hands and said that he couldn't do anything about it, and the girl standing behind him just watched the situation with a smirk on her face… Impressions from the point remained extremely unpleasant. I don't think we'll visit this point again.

The institution is simply not able to debug the processes, it seems, because this has been happening for a long time already. Almost every second order is paused and something changes in it. And usually this is not some small thing, but a key position in the order, and often several. Up to the point that the original order was left with "horns and legs". I can understand that sometimes something can come to an end, but when it happens all the time and in a bunch of positions, there is an obvious joint of the institution that they do not want to eliminate. You sit and make this order for 20 minutes, you already think that you've figured it out, and you have to cancel the order and start over at another place. It pisses me off a lot and ruins all my plans.
