We decided it was a shift shift... up to 12 hours. I agree that it was just our fantasies. Anyway, by 12:00, the barista was gone... gone. There are about five people left in the establishment who are the same dreamers, sitting and waiting by the sea for the weather. Others thirsty for coffee came and went. Moreover, these are jokes with a broken loyalty program. Lack of restocking (no cinnamon since last week either, as well as napkins, that's how interesting, is there a sandwich with sauce without napkins? Excellent location, the students are the best. However, despite the proximity of universities (which, perhaps, makes you think it will be talkative), the cafe is very cozy, calm and quiet. Anyone familiar with the cofix cafe chain knows the numerous selection of coffee and desserts. I put 4 stars only for the fact that coffee for a large size (XL) is made here as if diluted with water. In other places, cofix did not notice this. And I'm such a coffee lover that I always order the largest volumes, so I was a little disappointed here. The staff is polite, and I come here precisely because of the atmosphere and the good people-the baristas.

I expect the sign to be removed in 20 minutes and customer service will begin. The terminal does not work on the first client (card payment). It's my turn, I place an order (I previously asked if card payment works, to which they replied "let's try"), and of course the payment does not go through, knocks out an error. The barista asks if I have any cash, to which I reply "no." He says, "Well, we'll figure something out now." And the "idea" was that he just logged into the app, and of course the payment failed again) Okay, there's an ATM nearby, it's not hard for me to go withdraw money, which I do. On returning back, I see a picture: the barista and the technician who arrived are trying to fix the monitors and, as I understand it, the payment terminal. Moreover, the barista has orders that he has not yet fulfilled. He makes orders with one hand, walks back and forth, talks to the technician. I wait again for about 15 minutes, even before I place an order. Then a call comes in and the barista answers. As I understood it, it was the authorities who gave the order: to put up the sign of the TECHNICAL BREAK again. I am silent about the consumer's rights, that I AM REQUIRED to provide payment at the terminal. In the end: 40 minutes of waiting, and even without coffee) thank you!
