Despite all the incomprehensible reviews with completely unfounded arguments like "big waves, they don't speak Russian," I want to say that the hotel is wonderful and really has 4 stars, which were originally designated. We took "all inclusive" - three meals a day, all soft drinks without restrictions, most alcoholic beverages the same. The pools are clean, the sea is very close. Every day there are different activities from animators. Probably by 4/5, since there is room to grow, but it is quite acceptable. Yoga, aerobics, various games, performances in the evenings and dancing in the evenings from the staff, exhibitions of paintings in the evenings, etc. At the same time, the staff is 10/10. The most polite, responsive and pleasant guys will help even at one o'clock in the morning. They got hurt on the beach (our fault), asked for a Band-Aid, so they took the first-aid kit themselves, came and treated the wound without further ado. The chef came out and asked for feedback. The food is really mostly spicy, but they respond very quickly to feedback and adjust the menu to suit all the guests. The chef offered to cook the dishes that we would like individually for us in addition to the main kitchen. We also found a wonderful guide, Emmanuel, who showed us many different attractions and even more planned ones. And the fact that they don't speak Russian is not their responsibility. They are slowly adapting to the new wave of tourists, learning Russian and adjusting to the comfort of Russian-speaking tourists, because before that they had to deal only with the British and Germans mainly. I really liked the hotel. Two swimming pools, a beach, a clean, brand-new, modern room, delicious varied food, a large beautiful territory, several restaurants and bars. However, I had to spend the first two nights in another hotel (overbooking happened in this case), I booked through a tour operator. The other hotel was more expensive, but I liked this one better.

The hotel is great! Cleaning is daily and of high quality. Restaurant for 5+. A large selection of blue, desserts and fruits. Respect to the chef. Friendly staff. A spa salon with high-quality and inexpensive massages. The BiblioGlobus Rimi guide helped us a lot during the check-in. He also showed us the city of Colombo and Negombo on the tour. He helped me choose gifts for my Sri Lankan relatives. The only wish is that the waves sometimes throw plastic on the beach, in the mornings for the staff to clean up.Pools with different depths have a narrow territory. Animators arrange various games and entertainment every day. There is always live music in the bar in the evenings. The best impressions come from the hotel and the staff!!!Our guide Duminda conducted an excellent two-day tour with us! He shared with us a wealth of historical knowledge and general information about Sri Lanka. The proximity of the hotel to the airport and the city of Colombo is also an important plus!
