You never know whether you can actually go swimming or not. Classes are canceled arbitrarily, often without proper notification to clients. Sometimes updates are posted on Telegram, other times only in another app — there is no consistent communication channel. As a result, the schedule is completely unreliable. The organizational processes and overall customer experience are very poor and clearly not thought through.

I really enjoy going to Cloud7. It's conveniently located, making it easy to fit into my routine. The pool is always clean and inviting, and the kinesiotherapy training has been incredibly beneficial for my fitness and recovery. Overall, Cloud7 is a wonderful place to work out and unwind.

I’m extremely disappointed with this wellness spa. The service is terrible, the gym is tiny, with no ventilation, and there’s not a single machine available for a proper workout. Definitely not worth the visit. Cancellation policy is super weird and tricky. Even 1 star is too much for this...

Nice, ventilated room. There is a small cardio area and a couple of rowing machines. The gym is small, but there are also rubber bands that can replace some of the missing ones. There is a swimming pool. They say it's 25 meters, but it feels like 20💁 the water is good and clean. It's been a long time since there were a lot of people, because the hotel guests like to spend time there. But it didn't bother me. The staff is polite and sociable. They speak Russian, English, and Armenian. Good showers, but the locker room is a little cramped. Feels like the price/quality ratio is 8.5 out of 10. But it's best for me to be within walking distance. I recommend.

Before buying a subscription, I visited the fitness area, swimming pool, saunas, and salt room. The gym is really not quite like a regular gym, because there are no strength simulators, there are dumbbells, several cardio machines from the equipment, it seems there was also a zone for group exercises, there is a bench for bench presses. As a result, I bought a subscription to the pool. The pool itself is large and clean. There are many sun beds, three sofas and several tables with chairs. There is a bar where you can order drinks and food. Panoramic windows. The floor is constantly "drained" with a water tank, so the floor is dry. There are accessories for those who cannot swim. There are four tracks, usually two or three on each one - this is acceptable. One of the disadvantages is a pool for adults and children, and, unfortunately, not all parents teach children the rules of behavior in the pool, sometimes children swim across the paths, because of this you can accidentally touch them- it's dangerous. The women's locker room is usually clean, there are plenty of lockers, there are hair dryers and even tea bags. It is very convenient to fold the swimsuit after class. They also give you a towel. There are five shower stalls, everything is working, the water is hot with good pressure, there is liquid soap. I don't go to saunas (but I looked around before buying a subscription, everything seems to be OK), the hammam is enough for me - it relaxes perfectly after the pool, the steam is powerful, what you need, pleasant music. I didn't go into the Jacuzzi, men usually sit there in a brutal company. Either the jacuzzi is not working as it is now. The salt room is also well equipped - there are sun beds, there is an armchair. Overall, there don't seem to be any cons, I like it. But today I was specifically surprised when a boy of about 8 years old ran into the women's locker room with me from the pool area and started looking for his mother. I note that this is a locker room where women "suddenly" change clothes, that is, they are completely naked. The boy was looking for his mother and also opened the showers in search of her. I think it is absolutely unacceptable for boys who are already old enough, they are clearly schoolchildren, to be with women changing clothes. For some reason, there is no exit from the children's locker room to the pool, or there is, but I didn't see for sure: there are definitely two doors: to the men's locker room and the women's. There is a third door (judging by the handle, it's like an emergency exit, the staff themselves went out there when I was there, so it's quite a functional option). Probably such adult children should be accompanied by adults of the same sex and, accordingly, take them out of the appropriate locker room. Following this boy, a few minutes later, another boy flew into the women's locker room. That is, it seems to be the norm. I hope that the cloud 7 administration will update or introduce the appropriate rules, because it is very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

I recently visited the swimming pool complex, and I really enjoyed it. The complex is clean, cozy and well equipped. The water in the pool was warm and pleasant, and it was very comfortable to swim. I estimate it at half the points, since only the pool can be counted from the pool and SPA. It has 4 tracks, maybe 25 meters long, maybe 20 yards long. In general, a normal swimming pool. The panoramic glazing pleases. There's always something wrong with the SPA, and more often than not, most of it doesn't work. There is no steam in the steam room and hammam, the sauna is 60 degrees, and there is no room in the Jacuzzi. In the sauna, the thermometer was removed from sin. Repairs take months to complete. It takes a couple of weeks to replace the latch on the sauna door, let alone more complex breakdowns. You can only count on the salt room. One towel is given at the entrance, and sometimes it doesn't, because it's just over. There is no centrifuge for drying swimming trunks and swimwear. We've been struggling with smelly pool mats for a year, so we've made some progress.

The pool is good, there are not very many people, a maximum of 4 people per track at the peak hour. I usually swim alone or with someone together. Well, the pool is 20 meters, the depth is 1.3-1.6 There are norms in the men's locker room, a lot of hair dryers, a lot of showers, there is no smell of urine (I read such a review somewhere). When there are more than 4 people, it gets cramped, but it was only a couple of times. My wife said that the women's locker room is extremely crowded if there are more than 2 people there. As for the spa area: There are always people in the Jacuzzi, somehow it's not fun for me, so I've never gone In the salt room, you feel like you're breathing salt, so everything works) For the hammam, minus a point, because it seems to work, but it's not clear how. At the reception, I was told that I need to pour the water myself - I tried 1 time, there was no steam anyway The steam room on the second floor is cool, it's not very hot, there's a lot of steam, sometimes you can't even see the door Sauna - classic sauna, dry and hot) Some customers come for a clean steam bath, bring all sorts of oils with them) If you take it for a month, it turns out to be expensive, but if you take a subscription for six months, it turns out to be a little more expensive than a swimming pool in a sports school, where conditions are more spartan)

I can't name the advantages, but there are many disadvantages: 1. we organized an unexpected repair after the New Year holidays, without warning. In total, there are no seats in the men's locker room 2. once we changed the water in the pool for 3 days, then there was ice water for 3 days 3. At least one sauna is always closed. The Jacuzzi is always full 4. No compensation for the inconvenience caused. At the same time, the prices for this are all 3 times higher than in St. Petersburg.

Foolishly, I bought a subscription without examining the hall carefully. THERE IS NOT A SINGLE WEIGHT MACHINE IN the gym, which claims to be premium. None at all! Just cardio and dumbbell weights. I'm shocked and very upset, I came to swing my legs with weights, I can do it at home without weights. Every second locker is broken, locks things and does not give them back, you have to run to the reception in a towel and ask to open it. There are no water coolers, this is a shock to me too. There was always a super economy in any room.

I did not use the gym, I only went to the spa area and the pool when staying at the hotel. The pool is normal and no more. The Jacuzzi is good, but for the first time we came across the fact that in the spa, specifically in the Jacuzzi, they force us to put on a hat) A hammam next to the jacuzzi for some reason without steam, and with too hot benches. The salt room is stupid, just lights flashing in the wall and it's still cold there, people were lying wrapped up, which does not contribute to relaxation at all. The steam room upstairs is normal, but there is also little steam in it. I didn't go to the sauna, I won't say anything about it. If you are relaxing at the hotel, you can visit, for this there are bathrobes in the room. But if you buy a separate visit, I would think more.

When asked to solve the problem for 3 months, they say they will do it - while doing nothing (although everything is solved in a day it would not be for them ***) At the same time, the contract is drawn up so that it is not possible to return at least some money in a year (despite the fact that I was engaged in only a couple of months, in winter when the problem was not so critical). Wasted money. Disgusting attitude towards the client.

The service in the club is 3 with a minus or 2 with a plus. All the staff doesn't care about the visitors at all. Numerous comments are simply ignored. Only coach Rudik tries to make his visitors happy. If the coach suddenly gets sick, then, of course, no one will call and warn you. All spring we studied in the gym with the ventilation not working with a temperature of about 30 degrees. The same stuffiness in the locker room. By the time you get out of it, you're sweating again. There is only one Chinese multifunctional simulator, all crooked and oblique, wrapped with duct tape. It is not clear why it cannot be changed to a normal one. On the menu of the sports cafe! the burgers and sandwiches club. Caesar asked for no sauce and breadcrumbs, just lettuce leaves with chicken. They brought it in an hour! (because there's a banquet downstairs), of course everything is in sauce. And no one even tried to apologize and fix something. In the pool, I waited 10 minutes for the cleaner to wipe the sunbed, as she was busy looking for someone's glasses and this was a priority. It's time to change the club, although it is very convenient in location. It won't get any better here. So that the review does not seem anonymous and questionable, my card number is 805.

Don't come here! If you don't want to study in the worst gym in Yerevan. 1. The staff never greets the guest and does not say goodbye. Customer focus is 0. 2. The "Hall" itself, if it can be called such, is small, hot, there are no normal devices for work. The Chinese simulator, which has been broken for half a year, should replace the exercises, but it is BROKEN! There are no elastic bands, belts and many other things for athletes. 3. With each towel, they give a plastic bag that is not needed at all and it turns into a mountain of garbage. 4. The pool is almost always dirty, there is dirt floating there, outright dirt! It is clean only when the water is changed every 3 months. 4. The hammam is broken, it's been a year, a YEAR Carl!!! 5. The salty room is not salty at all, you don't even feel the salt! 6. The bath is average, the temperature is not higher than 50-70gr. One of the advantages. Conveniently located, and relatively clean!

Absolutely incorrect behavior of the pool staff - Alina and Shushan. These employees regularly violate the established rules: they themselves are in the pool with their hair down, they make comments to visitors on the grounds!! own, unofficial rules!!. In addition, their remarks are often SELECTIVE, accompanied by an ARGUMENT, a RAISED tone and rudeness. This behavior creates an unpleasant atmosphere and negatively affects the overall experience of visiting the pool. I ask you to understand the situation and take action. During the 2 hours in the pool, the staff managed to be rude to 7 visitors, I won't come back a second time. !! We were NOT provided with a complaint book and the names of incompetent employees were suggested to write a complaint on a piece of paper.

Judging by other reviews, I'm unlikely to add anything new, but nevertheless. Plus, this hall has one - it is really located in the very center, right next to Republic Square. That's all (one star for that). Minuses: 1. It is very stuffy. On average, it is 26-27 degrees, sometimes 25 (when it is cooler outside). Earlier it was written that there were not even blinds - now they have appeared, they save the situation a little, but it is still uncomfortable to practice. I'm still relatively young and healthy and I love the heat, but for the elderly or those who can't stand it, I can't even imagine how it might end. 2. A very small hall. In the hall itself there is no place for classes on mats, you have to lie on some bars along the window. There are 2 rooms for boxing and group training, but they are often occupied, and then you can't sit there with your mat. 3. The simulators are old, with torn leather seats, some creak a lot, one is generally covered with duct tape. The mats are also slightly torn. 4. There is no water cooler, water is only sold at the reception. This, of course, is already a quibble, but for such money this is the first room for me where there is no cooler. 5. The locker room (for women, at least) is very small, very stuffy. 6. The service is very sad. If any problems arise, you are simply confronted with the fact, without offering solutions. For example, one time there were no towels, and I was just told - Sorry, there are no towels. And silence. I had to "knock out" a solution to the problem, as a result, they gave me a bathrobe. Thank you, of course, but why not immediately offer a solution? What am I supposed to do, go home after a cardio workout in a stuffy gym all wet in the center of Yerevan? 7. The cherry on the cake - with the high cost of a subscription and terrible conditions, you will also be offered to clean the hall yourself. On each simulator it is signed, they say, respect others, wipe the equipment after yourself with alcohol. To be honest, this is the first time I've come across this. I don't mind respecting others, of course, but why do I pay so much for a subscription to also work as a cleaner there?.... It's very strange. Conclusion. I really do not recommend it. But, probably, if you live close and have extra money, you can just go in to sip something for half an hour, and go home to restore beauty)

I regret to state that the protection of the rights of clients in this organization is not provided at the proper level. There are no conditions and tariffs for renaming in the contracts, which creates an opaque and uncertain situation for the client. The company does not actually have a quality management system. Customers are not provided with a clear complaint procedure. I have not received a written response to my written complaint. Although confirmation of receipt of the complaint, upon my request, was provided in a WhatsApp message, no official written response was provided. Instead, they were contacted by phone with an insufficient professional level, which does not comply with the principles of accountability and proper service. As for the infrastructure, the presented "gym" does not meet expectations: the presence of two devices is difficult to consider a full-fledged gym. In general, I do not recommend using these services. The organization does not provide transparency, proper communication and a customer-oriented approach.

I highly do not recommend this room! We bought a subscription to Cloud7 in December. Two months ago, they asked the reception to solve the problem with the temperature in the hall, because it faces the sunny side and it is impossible to study in such stuffiness (the kondey does not work). In fact, hanging some blinds/curtains would be enough. I was told that they would think about the problem. Of course, nothing has changed since that moment. We decided to take extreme measures and cancel the subscription, because paying for such a service is absurd. Of course, the contract is drawn up in such a way that in case of early cancellation of the subscription, no one will return the rest of the amount to us (the hall reserves 48% of the cost + recalculated so that each past month cost 60k drams). Instead of solving our problem and just hanging the unfortunate curtains, they began to offer us to change the hall to the pool, change the time of visiting the hall to later, when the sun does not shine, etc. 🤡 In short, the problem was not solved, and the money is not returned.

In particular, the swimming pool, in which the clients were supposed to receive safe and pleasant conditions for recreation, was in a terrible condition unsuitable for visiting. My friend visited with me as a guest, and her health deteriorated sharply after using these areas. The photos show a pool with very dirty mossy water. as a result of polluted water and dirty surfaces, the risk of possible infections and diseases increases dramatically. In addition, there are also obvious violations in the common area of the complex. The presence of moss and dirt causes serious health problems. Your center, as a healthcare center, is obliged to protect the health of visitors, but it has become a place where diseases spread. A dirty pool can contain dangerous germs and fungal infections that lead to skin or respiratory diseases. Unfortunately, I state that this trust in the club has been undermined.:

disgusting! AND IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I explain: 1. The women's locker room is small and cramped, everything is on top of each other. And the men's is big (by the way). 2. For example, today, January 16, 2023, there was ONLY 1 hair dryer in the locker room! One! And this unfortunate 1 hair dryer has been lying for 3 weeks. That is, for 3 weeks of winter, this happens there. IT'S SO HARD TO BUY MORE! It's winter outside, a cold wind, I went to the pool, then to the shower and started drying my long thick hair. They need to be dried objectively for a long time, 10-15 minutes. What is the result? One woman covered me with a three-story mat and told me a couple of times to go back to my country :) There was a scandal and hysteria. But the question is, what does this have to do with me? When I told that "sweetest" woman that I needed to vent this fervor at the reception and ask the manager the main question: "Why ONE hair dryer, and not THREE?". In response, I heard only swearing at myself. So I went to play sports and relax! At the reception I was told that they do not have a book of complaints and suggestions, I can leave a review from myself just verbally, curtain :) 3. The main simulator in the gym is always broken (CHINESE AND THE CHEAPEST). It hasn't been repaired for weeks. When you come, in fact, you need to replace half of the exercises with improvised means, because the simulator is always broken. 4. Once I decided to leave a review on their Instagram, I was politely sent with smiles :) 5. At the time of January 16, 2023, the salt room is NOT WORKING in the pool, the hammam is NOT WORKING. There are no hair dryers in the women's locker room. The main exercise machine in the gym is NOT WORKING. As they say, so think with your head :) I will never advise anyone. The price and quality do not correspond to reality. We bought an annual subscription. We live in a 5-minute walk, and if we move and want to return the money, then it's also bullshit. You need to find a person to re-register, i.e. resell :) Think a hundred times before buying a subscription here. We were burned badly!
