We stayed at this hotel in mid-April 2026, Interesting, neat, bright, lots of locations with different pools, a very wide beach with swings, soft mattresses, clean sand and clear sea, room 2204 overlooking the sea, free and comfortable. The food is definitely not 5 stars, neither the breakfasts, nor the lunches, nor the dinners are impressive, and the coffee shop offers only liver for a cup of coffee, which is meager and ill-conceived. The staff is polite, cheerful and sociable.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. We stayed at the hotel from 20-27 August (me and two nephews). The room has a sea view. We checked in quickly, 10-15 minutes and we were already in the room. Food: everything is just great, a varied menu, there is even a diet meal. Drinks range from fresh fruit to alcohol. The fresh ones are very tasty. Every day there is a large selection of meat, fish, chicken, etc. Seafood. I would like to note the work of Ali, who is responsible for drinks, who remembers which of the tourists prefers (for example, I always took black coffee + fresh for breakfast, they brought it to the table themselves, I didn't have time to order)))Nice. Tomorrow from 7-10, then brunch. Lunch from 1-3 days. From 3 to 5 (all inclusive) free ice cream in the Alaska Cafe building. From 7-10 dinner, then a late dinner - in general, you can eat almost 24/7. There is a bar in the lobby next to the reception, where you can order tea/coffee between breakfasts, lunches and dinners, etc. Cleaning: I left a tip, they cleaned well, towels were changed every day, bed linen is changed on request (there is a corresponding sign that must be left on the bed and everything will be changed for you). In the evening, at 5-6 o'clock every day, they rang the doorbell and asked if there was anything else they needed to convey that they had used up during the day (water, shampoo, etc.). Staff: above all praise. Special thanks to the Sheriff (the manager or whatever his position is called, I don't know), he is constantly asking tourists if they like everything, if everything is good. With attention to all the guests. Respect! Animation: the animation is not bad and what was important to me was unobtrusive. Hello to Alex, it's very cool to organize people to play darts and other activities. The girls from Brazil also work as animators, I remember Cecilia, she dances just divinely. The distance from the airport: we had a group transfer, we drove for about 1 hour, 10-15 minutes somewhere. The territory of the hotel: the territory is very large, from some buildings, like ours, for example, it's a long way on foot to the main building, you can order a golf cart (they also take you to check in/ check out with suitcases). There are 5 swimming pools on the territory, there is enough space for everyone. Room: we had a deluxe sea view room, building 3, 3rd floor (according to their numbering, the second floor, the first floor is considered zero), No. 3205, the view is amazing. The room is large, the bathroom has a shower (not a bathtub), and there is a bidet. They give you slippers + a bathrobe (on request, we asked immediately upon check-in). There is a balcony (if you smoke, there is an ashtray). The guide and the host party: we had a Pegasus tourist. Arranging a pick-up at the airport and sending it back to 5 out of 5. I would also like to mention the work of the guide Mohamed Ayoub, who is attentive to tourists, explains everything, explains, if any questions arose, he answered everything without problems. It is clear that the person is in his place, well done (I rarely praise someone, but this is just such a case). The sea: the main thing we came here for is the sea. It's amazing here. The color of the water is incredibly beautiful. I read about the plates in the water, but I shouldn't have worried. They are indeed there, but a little away from the area where swimming is allowed. Lifeguards set aside a certain part of the beach where you can swim and make sure that tourists do not leave this area. There is a bar on the beach, open from 10 a.m. until sunset, drinks can be taken there. The toilet and shower are a little further from the beach by the nearest pool, but it takes a couple of minutes to walk. Al-Daaba Airport: the airport is small, we quickly checked in and checked out, took the lounge area, it makes sense to take it if you just want to sit on upholstered chairs and drink tea and coffee. There are snacks, but we didn't eat, we weren't hungry. In my opinion, there are enough places to sit at the airport itself. Who smokes - there is a smoking area on the second floor in a clean area.
