I really liked it, the water is clean, the bottom is made of soft sand, there is a beautiful landscape all around, it's a pleasure to swim. We took a guided walk on the island itself and listened to the story. But since there was little time, I didn't want to waste it on a long walk, so I preferred swimming. The beach itself, where there is a protected sand, was not impressed, probably because everything is fenced. There are fish in the rocks, my husband swam with a mask, he liked it.

We had a great time there. It's a long swim, and in my opinion that's the only negative. the sand is very pleasant, the water is clear, there are no waves in the cove. The cafe is the same and it's a shithouse, but we didn't go there to eat. The beds are dead, but I don't give a damn about that either. we walked through the ruins to the pile, took a walk around the island, generally positive. psy. they refused to take American money from us at the cash desk, we need to bring lira or euro. I do not know, maybe they had an unacceptable day, but I had to run to the boatmen to exchange dollars for lira. Thanks to the dudes, they didn't leave me in the lurch.

It's a wonderful place!!! Sailing up to the island, the beauty of the seascape, the beach of rare golden sand fascinates. According to the legend our guide told us, this unique sand was brought by galleys from Egypt specifically for Cleopatra. We looked at the ruins of the ancient city of Kedrai, listened to an interesting story from our guide, sitting on the steps of the amphitheater. We visited the ancient buildings of the temple of Apollo, the remains of the necropolis. At the end of the tour, we swam in the Aegean Sea, the water is the color of lapis lazuli, warm, transparent!
