The room is given a class below, you can't prove anything, if you don't like it, move out, the money WON't be refunded! We travel around Asia a lot- this is NOT Thai behavior for the first time. There are plenty of better and cheaper hotels around. There are two markets nearby-Cicada street food and Tamarind - expensive, not tasty, tables can not be found, stink and unsanitary conditions.

This is a great hotel! We lived in a two-story room. I'm delighted with the room. The negative is that you need to take a sunbed in the morning before breakfast. Another disadvantage is that there are strong waves in the off-season and it's scary to swim, because at high tide the beach "disappears". Breakfasts for 3 stars are normal, no one left hungry. There are a couple of evening markets within a five-minute walk.
