There are no complaints about the dry cleaning itself. They clean well and on time, the receptionist is nice and polite. But if you call the phone number listed in the company information, you will be answered by an extremely unpleasant guy who will blame the client for all the troubles. Closed ahead of time? And you call first, then you come. Do you want carpet cleaning? Well, you measure your carpets first, maybe we won't do it yet. Well, in that spirit. I am extremely unhappy with this dry cleaning. I took a soft toy (a teddy bear) to the laundry. They promised to wash it in 4-5 days. 12 days have passed, and no one has touched the order. Allegedly, there was no necessary equipment for washing toys made of sawdust. Although the toy is plush!!! Over the past period, no one has called to at least somehow discuss the deadline for the execution of the order...
