I've contacted this dry cleaner many times. At first everything was quite normal, but over time the service became just terrible. When you become a regular customer, it feels like you're being treated carelessly. Constant time delays, the need to call several times and remind you of your order in order to arrive and pick up things at all. They never call back or inform you. The last situation became the final point for me. After the dry cleaning, the staff had to hang the curtains back up. One curtain was not hung because the workers did not have a ladder for a height of 5 meters. They left with a promise to come back, but they never arrived. Then the endless "today-tomorrow" began. Later, the manager reported that the employee had been fired altogether, and then it turned out that they simply did not have the people ready to do the job. At the same time, the money was paid on time and in full on my part. As a result, the curtain still hasn't been hung, no one has solved the problem, and I have to constantly call myself and get at least some kind of reaction. I am very disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, the quality of service has only gotten worse over time.
