Chipset, aka force.shop.by, if anyone didn't know. I bought ID-Cooling DX360 Max Black a year ago. As it turned out, it was originally with a marriage, but I noticed it too late because I had not worked with such systems before + there was a hot CPU and I sinned against it (as it turned out, I sinned in vain). Initially, the temperature in work tasks was 80-88 degrees, in idle 50-55, after about a week the temperatures in the load became 70-75. After 8 months, idle temperature is 60 degrees, and at any load it is 95 degrees and trolling. I changed the pastes, etc., etc. the result is zero. The CPU is by the way Ryzen 9 9950x3d. I didn't bother with the guarantee because I ordered to Brest, I need to move to Minsk, wait for the result, and this is at least a month...well, in short, it was too dreary and the price was 240 rubles. I didn't mess with my head and waste time, and just bought a new LPG in another store, namely Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360, with this system the idle temperature became 40-45, the average load is 60, rarely when it reaches 70. In general...I gave one star more, not even because of the marriage, well, anything happens, but because of the attitude of the store itself - they did not publish my review of their products on the company's website, they simply ignored it and deleted the product page a couple of months later. Although, as I understood it, the product was in stock. I am attaching a photo of what I found inside the CSF after disassembly to this comment.

The store is bearded, I've known them for a long time. Some items have the lowest prices here. I am satisfied with what I bought here, the product is new, in sealed packaging and at the stated price. There is a cash register and a receipt at the pick-up point, i.e. everything is as it should be. But it would be nice to finish the order form on their website, otherwise no confirmation is received by e-mail, nor is there an order number, i.e. it is unclear whether I ordered or not. But they call back on a weekday and everything is OK, so my recommendation is that you can order, and good luck to the guys from the store!

I bought an Energy humidifier from them. After some time, the device gave off a spark and stopped working. I called them at the office. They immediately offered to come and take the goods for diagnosis. They handed the goods over to the warranty workshop themselves and warned that diagnostics and repairs could be delayed. When I called them back, they said that the workshop could not repair the device, but they were ready to refund the money. I preferred to take the goods. In return, they gave me a brand new humidifier and extended the warranty. All communication was as polite and friendly as possible. It is clear that they value their customers!!! I recommend this store and I will buy more from them.
