I was left with a very negative impression. Firstly, a 10% service charge was added to the total bill, which is illegal in Kazakhstan, since waiter service is a standard service that is included in the cost of the dishes. It was unpleasant to see after this a request to pay a tip to the waiter in the check, that is, additionally for the service. Secondly, no one warned about the size of the fine for the food and drinks that they brought with them. This was another unpleasant "surprise". Gentlemen, you are simply being exploited for money in this establishment.....

A great place on Tengiz. This is a place where you can have fun with a company, have a delicious meal and drink, as well as sing karaoke. The prices are slightly above average, but this is acceptable for an establishment of this level at such a distance from major cities.
