It's a great option, it's a long way from the sea, but... very clean, cozy, modern. The hosts are friendly, ready to go to a meeting. Good cuisine in general. But the breakfasts are weak... You can bargain and get a discount, especially off-season. If sleep is important to you, then go here. The mattresses are very good, but overall everything is still new and in good condition.

We were in the family room. The room is relatively well renovated, sea view (but the buildings under construction spoiled the view a little), air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryer (not used), wi-fi,swimming pool, small territory, well-maintained, armchairs, tables, chairs, swings, small Parking. The room price is 300 GEL per day. Minuses: 1. The lining of the beds is dirty, the pillows are feather pillows. 2. There were no dishes in the room, so we had to look for them ourselves, as well as the kettle. 3. The kitchen, as stated at the time of booking, is open only in winter, 4. There was no broom or mop in the room, the room had never been cleaned in a week, I had to find and clean everything myself 5. Towels were not changed either. When asked if it was possible to change the towels, the girl looked at us and ran away. 6. Breakfast is paid, 10 GEL per person with a very meager and monotonous choice 7. When ordering food in the hotel restaurant +10% to the bill 8. The prices of water and ice cream in the hotel are overestimated by two times 9. The key is electronic, one for everyone 10. Pool towels need your own, because the hotel fines you for taking their towels out of the room.

We stayed at this hotel in June, we really liked it, the hotel is new, everything is clean and tidy. Good breakfasts. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. The owner Ruslan solved all the problems. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back.
