I ordered a 1.6-liter Trump thermos flask, and it was sent defective. Outwardly it is not visible. I filled the hot water, the case got hot. I corresponded with the store, they don't want to change it, although I sent them a photo thermos, it's intact, not a scratch. The store has stopped responding to messages. I've only just been able to find this store myself to write a positive review on it, and there are already a lot of negative ones here.
