Pros: Very clean. Fresh renovation, new furniture, it is clear that everything is well maintained. Location on 5+, the very center, Vardanyants Square. Breakfast to choose from: buckwheat with sausage or omelet with sausage. Cons: 3rd floor, no elevator. But, they carried the suitcase to the room. Not the most beautiful entrance, the back side of the courtyard. There were no bathrobes in the room, although there are in the description.

An inexpensive option in the very center, a reasonable choice for your money. What you liked: - In the very center, there is a reception - a separate room, neat and beautiful. - The room is spacious, comfortable, nice design, everything is clean, the bed is great, the bathroom is great too: there are even sachets (in our case, for baby diapers). - Breakfast is served in the room on the table at the requested time - satisfying, liked it if you close your eyes to the bitter cucumbers (I believe this is a local one-time failure, not a systemic problem) - Convenient access by car with parking in the courtyard. Keep in mind: - The hotel itself has a separate entrance in the building next to the reception in the backyard. The path from the reception to the entrance to this entrance (about 10 meters) is not the most well-groomed place - we met dog poop twice. It's like no one is really watching this small area. - The room was at the very top, and this is about 4-5 floors from the ground, there is no elevator. Inside the entrance, everything is compact, but very clean and tidy. - Our Windows faced directly onto the square, which, on the one hand, is definitely a plus, but that Friday there was a preparation of the sound equipment on the square up to 22+, sooo loud sounds, and me and the child… - stairs for even the lowest rooms
