We lived here for about half a year with children, we got used to being in the building. However, there are many disadvantages to being with children, 1) there is no playground, there is no wheelchair, the gym is one room with 10 squares and 3 exercise equipment. The pool is small, the entrance doors in the apartments are made of fiberboard, as a result, the audibility is very high, standing in the hallway you can safely hear what is happening in each room. In this condo, almost all rooms have a problem with mold, humidity in the apartments and near building B, if there is a view of the parking lot, then there is a persistent smell of sewage, pipes often break through there. It is doubtful to live on the first 2 floors. In building A, live on the ground floor with a view not of the pool, but of the walls and the smell of garbage, the tanks of which are on the corner of the building. Not all rooms have washing machines and internet access. Plus, our room has a fairly small refrigerator with a freezer inside, which is always covered with snow and has to be defrosted twice every month. The monthly rental price for apartments in each room is different. Studio units can be from 13,000 to 37,000 baht at one time, depending on how greedy the landlord is. Water from 35 baht and light 5 baht per unit to light 10 baht and water 90 baht. Almost all of them have old air conditioners. It is necessary to order cleaning. Washing machines too, if you're lucky. The Internet is either available in the rooms, or you need to connect it yourself via SIM cards. Either for free, or they can charge 1000 baht per month for it. Many apartments in this condo are under arrest or sealed, but I see that they are being rented out anyway or put up for rent/sale. There is no children's room. At the same time, there are small children on almost every floor, but what to do with them is already a big question. The renovation in all rooms is almost 90% similar, the room contents and materials are the same everywhere. In January and February, almost all rooms are occupied. But in April, emptiness begins, and in June, 40% of the rooms feel empty.

This is primarily an apartment, but NOT a hotel, as some write! I had to stop because of the location (it was Karon who was needed) and the Kitchen, for a few days (on trial). But due to the fact that people confuse a Condo and a hotel, it is almost impossible to live in it, due to the complete lack of sound insulation! And Tagil, which goes there to "rest", is naturally noisy and almost around the clock, makes living in this Condo impossible. The sea is 10-12 minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants, massage parlors, everything is nearby. Up to a macro 3-4 minutes on wheels. The smell in the bathroom was strong! Bottom line: I do not recommend it for a long stay, especially for a vacation!
