We visited the Garlic bath and restaurant complex on 04/17/25 - me, my sons and a friend. We wanted to relax and steam on Maundy Thursday, but, alas, the impressions were rather negative. The main disappointment is the lack of a general hover, which was scheduled to be at 11:00. We arrived at 10:00, waited until 12:30 — we didn't get a bath attendant. The reception promised that he would be there soon, “he's on his way,” “I'll clarify now,” but in the end — silence. But it is precisely for the sake of this “trick” That's where we came from. When we left, we asked the receptionist — why wasn't there a hover? Answer: “The attendant is ill.”No apologies, no attempt to smooth over the situation in any way - just fact and indifference. This is a serious disadvantage, especially at the start of the complex's operation. Other shortcomings: — Children's ticket (12 years old) it costs more than an adult: 3,500 against 3,000 tenge. The answer is: “we have it in the database.” — Some baths are not working, the clay one is unfinished. — There is no mirror, the man wanted to shave, but he couldn't find it. — There is no toilet on the ground floor, you need to go up to the first floor. — The street area is unkempt: garbage, boards, clutter in the smoking area. The prices are standard for the restaurant, but they could have been more loyal to attract guests at the start. Beer 0.5 — almost 1000 tenge, water — the same amount. No cooler, no filter. The locker room is also uncomfortable: there is little space, cramped lockers, and a laminate floor that has already begun to deteriorate. For a wet area, it is impractical, tile is better. Overall impression: the idea of the complex is good, but the execution is still weak. And the main thing is the lack of respect for the guest. I don't recommend it yet. Maybe things will be fixed in the future.
