We had a rest for the November holidays - we took a comfort room with a view of the sea, but when we saw the view of the mountains, we even regretted it a little - the peaks of the mountains in the snow look fascinating We arrived a day later, as the circumstances turned out, the hotel in Vacapa was notified about this, and they answered all our questions very promptly. Room: the bed, the mattress are comfortable, the bed linen is clean and pleasant, a large balcony with a sea view - keep in mind if you take a room with a sea view, the sun will shine through the windows all day!!! But as a bonus, there's a stunning sunset and moonlight path. There are only chairs on the balcony, and a large table in the room. The refrigerator is small. Of the cons, there was no toilet paper at check-in, but the next day they put two rolls, there is no kettle in the room, but there is a cooler on the floor. Elevator: two elevators, they work slowly - I had to wait for a long time, they obviously can't handle the season Food: delicious, fresh, varied But there wasn't enough compote for breakfast, I don't like tea or coffee, I had to eat it in dry water.There were not enough seasonal local fruits - only once did we get persimmons and tangerines, which ran out instantly and brought out bananas after them. The plates are almost all with chipped edges There were dumplings - sour cream was not served with them, pancakes - only a strange jam that looked more like thick jelly, you need to clean the dishes yourself Parking: a big plus - huge and free The hotel has two swimming pools - an unheated one closer to the sea with fresh water and a thermal pool on the back of the building - the water in it is pleasantly hot - you can stay in it for no more than 15 minutes per session and no more than 45 minutes per day. A huge plus is that you can visit at any time of the day. There is a cafe on site, we did not visit There is a store next to the checkpoint - it is open from 8 to 23 - the assortment is good - you can choose local goodies at home, water, alcohol, cigarettes, household chemicals, vegetables, etc. Bathrobes are not available in all room categories The territory is closed but not yet fully landscaped The playground is not big Anemators are working The staff is polite and qualified In general, the hotel is good for the off-season with a small number of guests!!!It does not reach the status of a 4-star by Russian standards. There are pros and cons.

The hotel is good for Abkhazia. It was held twice (October 2024 and February 2025). The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the elevator. You'll have to wait a long time in the season, because he drives as he wants) but we were both out of season, so there weren't many people. Good staff. The rooms are cleaned every day, and towels are also changed frequently. The food is varied, you will never stay hungry. Even in February, when there was almost no tourist flow (the hotel was empty), there was still enough food, fruits and vegetables are always available. The rooms are cozy and clean. Heating. A huge plus of this hotel is its own thermal pool! Warm and comfortable. But!!! Please note that every month from the 16th to the 18th it is drained and cleaned. In February, we just got to these dates and were left without a pool. There is nothing else in this city. If you just need to breathe the sea, sleep and eat, then you are here. Peace and quiet. The hotel also has spa treatments, but they are not cheap (prices are similar to those in spa salons in Russia).

A hotel by the sea. Standard rooms. The kitchen is economically simple (there were no fish in five days, the meat is 90% chicken), but the chefs are delicious. The real disadvantages are elevators. I can't wait. It was used only twice when entering and leaving with things. The bed linen is lined. Cleaning👎dust on the ends of the TV, lamp, cobwebs behind the curtains. But it's all nonsense. The people we were lucky enough to meet were wonderful people who made our vacation wonderful. One example: we went to see ruins, temples, caves, waterfalls and mountains in our car (four-wheel drive, low-speed, lock-up)... We stopped by S. Arasadzykh... We went up the dirt road and country roads there... We look at the same farmstead and the man is working. We talked. The races asked for roads. I asked where I could eat, so he didn't want to let us go until he fed us.... If they could talk me out of it. And that's only because it's going to get dark soon, and we still have to go down.
