Great hotel, great location, everything is nearby, it's very easy to get a taxi (if there are no apps for this) They cook well in the dining room, and the breakfasts are good. The room has underfloor heating, even a warm toilet, is clean and has everything you need.

We were here in December 2024. Everything was perfect. We decided without hesitation to go to this hotel in January 2026 (still here in room 8360) and regretted it. Cleaning the rooms is now just taking out the garbage bags. No new towels, no wiping from the table, no toilet paper is put on when the last one ends, mugs / glasses are not changed / washed, and even the hair band from previous guests was not removed in the shower. Shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner are running out-they are not replenished at all. The table in the room is dirty and streaked. It also smelled very much of smoking when checking in. When the receptionist informed us about this, they said -we know. That's it. And they also have power outages, at 7:00 all the lights in the whole room turned on and the curtains opened. And everyone was woken up. The sensor on the toilet works every other time. We will not come here anymore and we warn others not to go!
