We came to relax, but in the end we got a completely ruined evening. I sincerely do not understand why guests should pay the full price for the service and not receive even the minimum acceptable conditions for recreation. I understand perfectly well that there are shortcomings and problems in any institution. But when there is a whole list of these problems, it is no longer an accident, but a complete disrespect for the guests. The sauna is in terrible condition. The sofa is torn, the pool is muddy and dirty. If you run your hand along the walls of the pool, you can feel slime and dirt. The whole room is tiled, the floor is constantly wet and slippery, and there are no mats, which is unsafe for guests. The sauna itself is dirty, it is impossible to sit on the seats without towels, and it is completely unsanitary. The toilet won't close, the sink is leaking. In the locker room there is a pungent smell of a smoky room that does not wear off. There is no light in the room. In response to the comments at the beginning of the "rest", the owner began to be rude and claim that everything was "normal", exposing us to be overly demanding. The dishes are in poor condition: plaque on the plates, cloudy glasses, and it is unpleasant to use the appliances. There is no certainty that the dishes are washed at all, as a result, everything had to be washed on its own. Separately, I would like to note the attitude of the owners. When we called about the non-working karaoke, the owner began to get personal, poke, be rude, threaten with fines and insult. Such an attitude towards the guests is unacceptable. When the situation escalated, the administrator and a man who introduced himself as the owner arrived. Both looked inadequate, staggered and tried to blame us. The guards just stood there and laughed. Instead of solving the problem, we faced aggression, threats, personal attacks, and attempts to raise their hands against the guests. As a result, the evening was completely ruined. Unsanitary conditions, unsafe environment and frankly boorish, aggressive behavior of the owners. I am writing this review so that people know the truth and understand where they are going and what they are paying for.

I don't recommend this place at all. The furniture is in terrible condition: the sofa is torn and humiliatingly covered with a lot of patches. The stairs to the pool are really scary. It doesn't just wobble, it feels like it's about to collapse. The floor is constantly wet, and it's dangerous to walk on it: everyone in our company has slipped several times, fortunately without serious consequences. The sauna is dirty, water flows literally from everywhere — from the walls, from the sink, from the toilet. It is extremely unpleasant and unsanitary. The water in the pool was cloudy, brownish in color, which is why I even disdained to enter it. The dishes are in a disgusting state: the plaque looks like it hasn't been washed in years, and it's simply impossible to use it. But most of all, I was struck by the behavior of the hostess. Instead of a normal reaction to the comments, she started being rude and claiming that we "wanted too much cleanliness." The promised karaoke didn't work. The speaker was playing so quietly that the music was almost inaudible. The microphone was rewound with a huge layer of electrical tape, it was inconvenient to hold it, while the wire was constantly coming off, and it began to emit a sharp squeak, which made the ears pop. I would like to note separately that the guests or the management of the establishment smoked right in the room near the reception desk. All the smoke and cold air were drawn to our break room. It was especially "pleasant" after the sauna. When we started calmly pointing out all these flaws, the owner suddenly turned aggressive and tried to pounce on me with her fists. The only thing that saved me was that there was a man nearby who held her back and prevented me from harming her. After that, I had to call my family, because it was simply not safe to be alone with this man. We tried to explain the problem, but not only were we not heard, we were insulted and demanded to leave the room immediately, in fact, being driven out into the cold immediately after the bath. The so-called "security" was also called. It looked absurd: these people themselves were surprised that they were called guards, and openly laughed at what was happening. Later, one of the men introduced himself as the director of the institution and allowed himself to call us insulting words. We chose this place to celebrate our engagement. As you might guess, the bride and groom were in shock, mom was in tears, and the guests were completely perplexed and extremely stressed. Instead of a joyful event, we received humiliation, threats and a ruined evening.

I want to tell you about the extremely unpleasant experience of visiting this bathhouse with my family. Unfortunately, the evening was completely ruined. 1. The condition of the room turned out to be appalling. The sofa is covered in patches, and the stairs are in such a state that it's scary to climb. The floor is wet and slippery — there is a real danger of injury. 2. The sauna is dirty, it is clear that the cleaner does not clean up the dirt after the last guests at all. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the anteroom, although this is unacceptable for such an institution, but for them, apparently, this is the norm. 3. The dishes are in terrible condition. The glasses are cloudy, there is a plaque everywhere, the cutlery is old and dirty, it's even scary to touch them. 4. The administrator behaved rudely when we started to complain. Instead of solving the problem, he tried to discount our complaints and pretended that everything was fine, and also began to get personal and threatened to fine us! 5. Later, the owner and some people called security arrived. But instead of resolving the conflict, the man who introduced himself as the "owner" just stood there, was rude, laughed and made remarks to us. At the same time, he looked as if he could barely stand on his feet. Conclusion: For the money we paid, we did not receive any service. On the contrary, they received a lot of stress, rudeness from the owners of the establishment, a transition to personality, as well as insults.
