A wonderful hotel!The room is perfectly clean, linen and towels are changed every 3 days, bottled water is supplied every day, tea bags, sugar , kettle are all in the room , toilet paper is brought daily and cleaning is daily. The staff is very friendly and courteous!The dining room has delicious, fresh dishes and clean dishes and appliances! We moved into the old building, but it is renovated, the furniture is new and I was pleased with the floor lamp , I have loved them since childhood , as well as the sconces on the wall from them soft light and comfort in the room . I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees of this hotel, and especially to the canteen workers Alina and Nadezhda, they are incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, and special thanks to the maids for the cleanliness in the room. The impressions from the stay are the best! I will recommend this chic and cozy hotel to my friends. Thanks!I want to come back to you.... P.S. It 's too bad that there are no slippers in the room .

On the shore, the first line. Gorgeous territory, Parking. The dining room overlooks the sea, the food is gorgeous, the choice is excellent, everything is delicious, even pastries (compare with other hotels). The room is clean, the plumbing is shiny, everything is working. The staff is friendly and goes to a meeting. How can 3 stars be included: refrigerator, kettle, tea, hairdryer, air conditioning, slippers, gels, toothpaste and brushes, balcony, beach towels? And even for such a cheap price, we are having a rest for the May holidays of 2026. Today is May 9th, a buffet in the lobby, military songs. Everything is great!!!!! Recommend

I have long wanted to visit Abkhazia in the spring. That's what happened. True, the weather let us down a little, but we were not upset and took excursions on cool days. The holiday home itself stands on the first coastline, which gives it an advantage over other market participants. The territory is small, but well maintained. There is a Playground, its own access to the sea. PGS beach and a wide strip. The numbers are in different formats. In the new building, they differ little from the Turkish standard. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay.:kettle,cups,tea sets,refrigerator, beach towels, shower accessories, iron and ironing board on the floor. Room cleaning every day, linen change every three days. There are two more buildings with rooms on the territory, but they are of old construction. I don't know what quality there is, I haven't visited it. A free-standing restaurant-canteen building. That's where breakfast and dinner take place. The menu is very simple, without any frills. But I liked it. Everything is cooked at home and delicious. The staff is very polite and responds to all your requests. There is a bar with various drinks in the main building, the price tag is acceptable. The location is convenient away from the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance from the city center with its fish, shopping center and cafes. In general, anyone who wants to have a very quiet and budget vacation is welcome.
