But, unfortunately, the quality of the service does not match the high price and expectations generated by advertising. , Advantages: – A spacious hall with a modern interior — brick, metal, minimalist style. – Cleanliness in the gym and in the changing rooms is maintained. – There are energetic coaches who motivate. – Lighting and music create a sporty mood. , Cons: – There are not enough strength simulators, and all muscle groups are not covered. – There are a lot of people, especially in the evening — you have to wait in line even for basic exercise equipment. – The climate control is not organized correctly: in the midst of a workout, everyone is sweaty, and the air conditioner is turned on at full capacity. It is very easy to catch a cold in such conditions. – The reception is incompetent, there is no feeling that you are being welcomed as a customer. – There are not enough towels and lockers in the locker room, and the locks in the toilets are faulty. – Parking is almost always packed, so you have to look for a place somewhere to the side. – Due to the strong advertising in the club, there is a constant influx of new customers, and the organization cannot cope with the flow — this greatly affects the quality of training. – Considering all of the above, the subscription price is clearly overstated. Bottom line: The club is beautiful, but functionally overloaded. I want the quality of service to go beyond the veneer. So far — 3 stars: for style and energy, but with serious disadvantages in the organization.

He has more than 15 years of experience, and most importantly, he listened carefully to all requests and professionally compiled a training program. The club is good, but there are nuances: - there is not enough time for training in the morning, you need to open at least at 6.30; - there are few mirrors in the hall; - the sauna is constantly under repair, you need a supply of heating elements or a replacement of the stove with a waterproof one (your fines do not work); - there are no coolers in the hall or dispensers in the showers; - small and flimsy lockers, open without a key; - there is no limit on the number of season tickets sold, and accordingly there are no restrictions on the number of people in the hall; - the application has a counter of people in the hall, but there are no statistics on days and times.; - there is no basic etiquette instruction when selling season tickets. I've described it according to the degree of importance, and now about the good: - high-quality equipment (except for small things like straps, push-up support and mats) - simulators are largely duplicated; - large changing room, lots of toilets and showers; - good ventilation (as of winter); - many sections; - there is a mini-bar and a table area. A request to the CEO of Chekhov to replace the manager of Chekhov Underground: 1. The temperature in the sauna should not be 60 °, not 70 ° (as usually happens in the sauna of this club, see photo), but 80 °-100 ° C. I heard all kinds of explanations when I asked several times (!) to fix the problem — and as if one of the visitors "asked to turn it down", and as if "this is how it should be", and that the sauna supposedly could not work any other way. The manager did not solve the problem. People paid Chekhov money for quality services, not for the club to save money on its customers. 2. The stone tile by the stove collapsed. Other visitors say that the sauna has been in this condition for several months. The manager's position is clear from the sauna's announcement: "Repairs are an extra cost...". 3. See the video with the hyperextension simulator, which is simply dangerous to practice on. It is clear that they tried to "repair" it, but even here it seems to have been saved... 4. The employees themselves say that the manager is "very busy" and "takes a very long time to respond to customer complaints." He didn't answer any questions at all, even though it's been more than two weeks. Instead of answering, for some reason, he persistently tried to "talk" to me. I understand that for some unknown reason, Underground has a rating of "5" on Yandex Maps, but with this attitude of management to their duties (as it turned out, the review about the irresponsibility of management dated July 12, 2025 was completely fair), people will choose other fitness clubs.

The pros completely overlap with the cons: 1. The gym is often crowded, and there are a lot of people even in the halls. 2. Not friendly staff 3. Boorish trainers, especially Dilshod: it is normal to occupy the simulator during rush hour and not let the others in, rudely communicate with non-his clients, tell who to do a hundred! 4. The sauna often doesn't work, and when it does, it barely works. 5. Some exercise equipment is worn out, its fastenings are torn, or it does not work.… Add a bunch of people and it turns out not to be a premium segment hall at all, rather a little better than a basement, but much more expensive… And yes, the parking is small and there are never any places nearby.
