I ordered from China for the first time. The cargo manager answered all the questions, and there were a lot of them. There were no problems with the product, it arrived safely. The delivery took a little more than a month (auto rate, the cheapest). If I change my mind about cargo, I will definitely edit the review.

, Review of China-Road cargo company I really regretted contacting China-Road. The order was placed in early October, the cargo and delivery were paid in full, and it's already the end of December — I still don't have the goods, and honestly, there's almost no hope either. From the very beginning, we promised 20-25 days of delivery. It was precisely because of these deadlines that I chose this company. In fact, almost 3 months have passed. For all the time: • they constantly lied and got confused in their testimony; • at first they said that the cargo had left, then that it was not loaded; • they named dates, which they then canceled themselves; • At some point, they even reported that they could not find the cargo.; • then they said, "wait 10 days, if we don't find it, we'll think about compensation." At the same time, I gave my money right away, but in the end I was left without money and without goods. A separate "song" is communication. If I hadn't written 10 times myself, I wouldn't have been informed at all. No one warns you about delays in advance, you'll find out everything after the fact. There are the same excuses for any claims: "everyone is like that," "force majeure," "you don't understand the market." The most annoying thing is the disrupted sales before the New Year. The product was seasonal. I was hoping to sell it before the holidays, but I don't need it anymore. I've lost profits, clients, and time because of their work. At the same time, the company doesn't care about my losses at all. Additionally: 🔹 On December 23, I'm leaving for 3 weeks, and I wrote about it directly in advance. Even if the cargo "suddenly" arrives later, I will not be able to physically accept it. Requests for a refund are refused as long as they believe that the cargo is "somewhere." When I started to look deeper, I saw that there were a lot of such negative reviews about China-Road, with the same problems: delays, conflicting information, lack of responsibility. Result If deadlines, honesty and a normal attitude towards the client are important to you, I do not recommend this company. My experience is: • fully paid freight; • almost 3 months of waiting; • constant lies; • Zero guarantees; • Disrupted sales and losses. I have made my conclusion. I hope my review will help others not to repeat this mistake.
