Ahaha. This is full.... For 40,000 tenge you will receive:1. spilled ketchup on the child (they apologized, but they didn't give me a new ketchup))). 2. Undercooked wings with blood inside, they said it wasn't OK, so we didn't get a replacement. 3. They asked us to pack food with them, they brought us containers and told us to do it ourselves. It's just the finish line. The whole family was in complete shock. 4. They asked for a beer with them. It turned out that there is no bottle from the menu for 1700 and a little, there is a budweiser, which is not on the menu and it costs 3000 and something for 0.33. in total, they wanted to sell us three bottles for 9800 tenge, just a laugh. 5. Well, the cherry on the cake when paying for cash was not immediately given to us, they say they will transfer it to the card, okay, we are waiting. We wait. We're waiting again. When asked where the money was, they didn't even give me the change in cash. That's the result. I only write reviews when everything is either great or thrash. This place has surpassed just everyone. For that kind of money, such a service is just the bottom. I don't advise anyone to come here. PS The four of us came as a family with children. They behaved as adequately as possible and did not even say a word to the staff for such a service, they did not behave defiantly. Utter disappointment. Despite all this, we did not start a conflict because we came here to relax and not to engage in showdowns. They just laughed and left. Think before you come here.
