It was a little dry and there was a pronounced, not the most pleasant taste of mutton, which is rather typical of an old ram. The service leaves much to be desired. The landing was at 30%, there were a lot of empty tables. There are a lot of waiters in the hall, loitering around and stubbornly ignoring the glances and hand gestures asking them to come over. We waited 20 minutes for our order to be accepted. Then we also waited 20 minutes for soup (although the menu says ~7 minutes). We waited for a barbecue for an hour and a half! It is unclear what caused such delays, and they do not warn about it..

Unfortunately, the meat (beef, veal) in all dishes is too harsh (shish kebab, lagman, etc.), the chicken is tasty and juicy. Unexpectedly delicious beef stroganoff, delicious soups, salads. National dishes are here, if you're lucky. I didn't like the pizza very much. Of the breakfasts, I liked cheesecakes, scrambled eggs, omelets in various forms, I categorically did not like pancakes. We were at the Navat tea house in Bishkek Park. The only thing they regretted was that they did not find out about them earlier. Delicious national cuisine and more. High-quality products. I came specially with my pregnant wife to eat, no one met me, the waiters did not know the stop list of the menu, they retrained the pilaf three times, first they came in 15 minutes and said there was no pilaf, so they ordered kattama tea with milk, tea was brought and they said there was no kattama, another 15 minutes passed, the pregnant wife began to cry, then they ordered 6 mantas of themselves and asked the manta ray bill arrived in 15 minutes, but the bill did not arrive, they waited another 10 minutes, then I had to go up myself and ask for the bill again. They took 98 soms for service. We come home, open the food, and there are 5 pieces and no, 6 pieces. 70 soms. They just robbed the wind and ruined the evening.

The food here is delicious, really! But maintenance is trash… The order was accepted, but only part of the dishes were brought. It turned out that not everything was recorded… We even waited an hour for the compote!!! The waiters ignore it for a long time when you call them, they pass your order to another waiter (apparently that's why the orders are clumsily hammered in).

I give 5 stars for the colorful interior and for accepting a Sberbank card for payment. We were in July 2023 during a tour of Kyrgyzstan. There are tables with sofas (not soft, but a lot of small pillows) and places in separate booths where you can close the curtains and comfortably sit with your company. There is also a 2nd floor. Friendly staff, many speak Russian well. A beautiful and clean toilet. Prices are too high - the capital is still (as in Moscow), the waiting time for dishes is average, quite tasty, bright and beautiful dishes, a leather-bound menu. If you don't eat something, you can pack it with you (container for a fee) A tip of 15% is included in the bill. To get acquainted with the national cuisine, I recommend- beef meat, however, was a little harsh (there is also herring, olivier and vodka, if someone suddenly misses you) A large assortment of various dishes and drinks (they took tea with milk, baursaks, fried pies with veal (like cheburek- there is a lot of meat, the dough is thin), lagmans with different meat, fried eggplant with sauce.

Barely found something that could be cooked (the time was 18:30). They forgot about one dish, they brought it only after we reminded them. Also in the receipt was indicated a chalap, which we did not receive (a wellcom drink, which we read about in other reviews). There is also a wine list in the establishment, which no one knows about. Friends who live in Bishkek for a year and go to this institution generally thought that alcohol was not served there. When the wine was brought, it turned out that 2 out of 3 glasses of warm wine, and in the third it was cold.
