I visited the guys at the beginning of July. Very hospitable hosts. New comfortable houses with all amenities and the sea right in front. Great for relaxing, very convenient location. There is a private parking. I also want to note that in front of a two-minute walk there is a cafe with delicious cuisine and a gorgeous view. In general, everything is high! Inala, big greetings from our whole company 🤝🏼

If your vacation is based on the principle of "only spending the night in the room", then this is a great option. It's a little stuffy in the room during the day, even with the air conditioner running. It is quite cozy, decent bedding and towels. A shared kitchen in the form of a large gazebo. In principle, it is convenient to cook and eat when no more than two families decide to have breakfast at the same time. It's already a problem. There is a promenade nearby where you can take a walk. At the same time, the embankment is quite remote from the rooms - it is not noisy. Parking is too small.

We rested at the end of July - beginning of August 2024, the sea is opposite, a store is close, where prices are almost like on the market and in a Magnet, the houses are good, with amenities, the territory is well maintained. There are also disadvantages, the price on the website is 3,500 rubles in July , 4,000 rubles were charged, the house heats up during the day and the air conditioner can't cope, the common kitchen is very dirty, there is no end to flies, the refrigerator is not washed from the word at all, the sink is clogged, there is not even a means to clean it. We were faced with the fact that we had a transfer at 15:00, check-out at 12:00, the request to leave us for 3 hours for an additional fee was refused, they referred to the settlement of new tourists. After sitting in the heat, and I was in a position with an elderly mother, even though in the kitchen under the roof, no one moved in. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste, we barely waited out this time.
