Really good view, menu only in English. Expensive beer, expensive shashlik. Paid 80k for one of each. They don’t accept card or Payme either.

The view is super. With this view, it was possible to make a very expensive restaurant, but in fact it's just something like a canteen, where you pay 50 thousand and serve yourself buckwheat from a common container.
