Barbershop was recommended by my sister — and it turned out to be a great choice! I signed up for Master Ilya. Despite the fact that he is young, it is immediately clear that the man knows his job. I really liked the professional approach: he listened to my wishes, clarified the details, and offered a couple of good style ideas. As a result, I got exactly the haircut I wanted — clean, neat and tasteful. The barbershop itself has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, the staff is friendly, everything is organized at a high level. It feels like they value their customers and love their work here.

I was in Petropavlovsk and urgently needed a haircut, but, of course, there were no more free appointments at Chaplin. And then a miracle happened: they wrote to me that a client had canceled and I could come right away! This alone shows the highest degree of customer orientation. The master who served me is Ilya. Guys, this man is pure passion! It is obvious that he not only works, but lives for his profession. He feels very comfortable in this atmosphere. Ilya first listened very attentively to all my wishes and then implemented everything exactly as I had imagined. He not only cuts hair, he creates an image – you can see that he is a real professional. While I was busy with my transformation, my wife was waiting. And she was immediately offered a free coffee! They gave me water. It was almost a royal reception! The salon itself is incredibly atmospheric, everything is detailed and tastefully designed. Even the toilet is – excuse the details – really cool and stylish! In summary, I liked absolutely everything: from the unexpected invitation to the perfect result to the attention to my companion. Ilya is a master of his craft, the service is impeccable. I can highly recommend this store!

I stopped by this institution with their own certificate. We didn't even look at the amount in the certificate or its expiration date. Although clever logic is sometimes logical! The money has already been received, and if there is a way to get it without really bothering, then you should try not to bother! In short, in the end, they offered me to make an appointment the next day, since everything was supposedly busy on the current date. But in fact, there was only one master working in the hall, and two chairs were empty. 🤷‍♂️ With that, my desire to be present in this institution disappeared. Total: pretentious, but shameful!
