Предлагаю усовершенствовать сервисное обслуживание. Например, при сдаче по гарантии в ремонт изделий не соблюдали сроки, не информировали о готовности. В целом возникали сложности при сдаче в ремонт изделия по гарантии (отсутствовало желание у персонала решать имеющиеся проблемы).
