I checked into Çakmak Erdem Hospital on 27.02.2025 at around 23.20 and was discharged at around 01.00. When I went to the on-duty pharmacy at 01.10 and wanted to get my medications written from the hospital where I was discharged, I couldn't get my medications because my hospitalization still appeared in the system. After that, when I called the hospital by phone, the officer named Selinay, who answered the phone, said that my procedures would be done in 1 minute and I would be returned, but he hung up on me with an extremely disrespectful style. After 6-7 minutes had passed, but there was no return, I called the hospital again, the same person spoke with a cocky attitude this time and hung up the phone again with the same disrespect. Dec. After that, when I returned to the hospital, he ran away when he saw me at the door. When I asked the hijab-wearing attendant at the counter about this person, he said that he did not know his name, and he did not know about his friend next to him, and he directed me to Hazal Hanım, the doctor's assistant. Ms. Hazal also tried to dodge the issue by saying that she did not know the name of her colleague. An authorized person who came later shared the name of the relevant staff and stated that he had fixed the problem, I could take my medications. However, when I left the hospital and went to the pharmacy on duty again, it was seen that my hospitalization was still continuing in the system despite the time being 01.35 and I was once again victimized because my discharge procedures were still not completed properly. It is unacceptable to me that I had to go back and forth between the hospital and the pharmacy many times in the middle of the night in my sick state, that I was forced to deal with the cold for about an hour, and that all this happened because of the ego, disrespectful attitude and ignorance of the staff. Dec. I definitely do not find it right that the process in such a vitally important area as health is managed in such a sloppy, uninteresting and disrespectful way. Therefore, I request that administrative action be taken against all employees responsible for the process, especially the employee named Selinay, that a written and official apology be sent to me and a detailed return be provided regarding this victimization.

Disgrace, don't go I was operated on my leg at Çakmak Erdem Hospital. A sinker was attached to my side, but the next day I was urgently called back to the hospital by the doctor's assistant. In the information made, I was told that the doctor had performed the wrong surgery and that I needed to undergo surgery again. Regarding this serious medical error I have experienced, I have contacted the patient relations unit of the hospital through mediation for compensation. However, this situation was not accepted by the institution. I have now initiated the legal process seeking financial compensation. I have all the medical documents, reports and communication records about the subject, and I will do my best to get all of them in the media soon.

It's a very bad hospital. It works with the logic of a neighborhood grocery store; it is far from institutionalism. During the registration, a patient was arguing with the teller and said, “May Allah not drop anyone here.” I realized how right he was on the way out. The employees seem very understanding until they get the money, and then, especially the teller and some other units act quite apathetic and mechanical. I can say that the obstetricians were really interested in this process, but the quality of service outside of them was unfortunately very poor. We went to bed at night. The rooms were very small, old and in disrepair. The air conditioners were not working and the problem could not be solved for a long time. The hospital does not have its own parking lot. The parking lot next to it belongs to a different business, and although we were hospitalized, we had to pay a daily parking fee of 1000 TL. They said they had contracted parking lots far away, but it was also both remote and expensive. In addition, additional fees were removed outside of what was said at the beginning. Oct. When I wanted to discuss this wage gap during my discharge, a manager was called first, and then his manager came; but they all said the same things. Especially the teller side was not constructive at all and did not show an approach to finding a middle way. They even rescheduled the check-up appointment for a day later. I didn't understand what would change in a day. It was a really strange hospital experience and I wouldn't want to go again after this process. I wish I had read the reviews before I left. Already, even the answers they give to comments are usually in the same, copy-paste style. Even the canteen is a separate problem. Tea is 25 TL, the price may be appropriate; however, my hand was burning because the cup was too hot. When I asked if you could give it with two cardboard cups, they also asked for 5 TL for an empty cardboard cup. I regret that I left. I recommend that you review the complaints about this hospital.
