We were on a tour of Uzbekistan (Kazan - Tashkent - Samarkand - Bukhara - Khiva - Tashkent - Kazan) from April 19 to 26, 2026 in a group of 15 tourists. The host party was the tour operator Centrum Holidays This travel company ruined our vacation for all of us, for which, by the way, we paid a lot of money. All the complaints are specifically about the organization of the tour by representatives of the tour operator, among the guides and bus drivers we met very professional people. Upon arrival in Samarkand, we waited at the train station for the guide for 30 minutes. The departure from Samarkand to Bukhara scheduled for 8-00 was delayed by 1.5 hours. No one warned us about such delays, people were nervous. We had to call the tour operator and waste precious time for us, as the tour is very tightly timed. There is a reservation in the tour program that there may be a change of mode of transport when traveling from city to city if there are no train tickets, so there is a feeling that this reservation will always be against the tourist and it is unclear why the tour operator cannot book train tickets in advance. Moving from Samarkand to Bukhara by minibus for 6 hours instead of 2 hours by train is a mockery of people. Buses that are not designed for such a large number of people are allocated for excursions and crossings (the group of tourists consisted of 15 people) - in a minibus in the last row of seats it is impossible to see anything out of the window during the tour. We replaced minibuses with more convenient transportation only after persistent requests. The hotels prescribed in the program are also being changed to others, and here the replacements are mostly not in favor of tourists at the hotel level. The ostensibly 4* hotel provided to us in Tashkent was as good as a triple The tour program and logistics are irrationally designed for tourists (unnecessary master classes that take up time, which is already a little bit on this tour), while master classes are held during the daytime, and then we walked until dark on city tours. Our entire tour was spent in confrontation with the tour operator and defending our rights I do not recommend traveling in Uzbekistan with this organization. Uzbekistan is a very beautiful and interesting country for tourists, it is clear that they are seriously engaged in tourism there, but such local figures spoil the whole impression of tourism. At the same time, I would like to note the excellent work of the guides Murota (Samarkand), Dili and Maliki (Bukhara), Alisher (Khiva) and the driver Ravshan (the minibus that was not intended for a group of 15 tourists, as I wrote above) - these people, who are in love with their business and their cities, showed us a beautiful ancient and modern Uzbekistan.

A trip to Uzbekistan as part of a 15-person tour group on 19-26.04.2026, organized by the Centrum Holiday on the route Kazan-Tashkent-Samarkand-Bukhara-Khiva-Tashkent-Kazan, unfortunately, did not meet expectations - precisely in terms of organization. Every day, tourists faced unpleasant surprises of waiting for a meeting with guides, their replacement, changing the time and content of excursions. What is clearly executed according to the program is all the reservations in the case...has the right to replace ..- hotels and transportation have been replaced with worse options relative to the basic one. There was no accompanying person for the tour program, communication with the organizers was initiated each time by tourists (given the lack of free Internet access for tourists, this is difficult), the receiving party responded at its discretion/ employment (?). This is instead of a calm immersion in the history of beautiful Uzbekistan during a long-awaited vacation.. The reasons for all the delays in the tour program were called "partner actions". Working with partners is the task of a travel company. After numerous requests for transportation from Bukhara to Khiva, we were allocated a bus with the appropriate number, and the hotels in Samarkand and Khiva matched the promised ones. Uzbekistan was helped to understand by good guides in Samarkand, Dilya and Malik in Bukhara, Alisher in Khiva, and bus drivers who lovingly talked about their compatriots and the country, thank you very much!

Review of Centrum Holidays / Centrum Holidays UMRA I bought an individual Umra package for January 31 - February 9 (9 nights), the cost is $ 2,930 per person. Route: TAS–MED / JED–TASH. Madina — Valuable Four Towers (4 days), Mecca — Swiss (5 days). The transfer is stated: KIA, individual. In fact, everything turned out to be completely different. 1. Transfer fraud The package included a transfer to KIA. As a result, the entire transfer was carried out by buses. Additionally, I paid for an individual transfer from Madina to Mecca. However, other people's luggage was loaded into our "individual" car, and we were traveling completely overloaded. This is a gross violation of the terms of the contract and disrespect for the client. 2. Problems with the Madina Hotel We checked into the hotel only at 17:36, despite the fact that we arrived at 12:00 and waited at the reception for more than 5 hours. Two days later, we were suddenly evicted, explaining that it was allegedly paid for only 2 days. After a scandal and two hours of nerves, we were moved to another hotel. We've been carrying things all this time. There was no hot water in the room. One day, the room was flooded from above. The food in the hotel is of extremely poor quality, almost nothing but pasta. 3. Organization of departure Initially, the flight was scheduled for 12:00. We were taken to the airport at 7 a.m. Then the flight was postponed: 12:00 → 14:05 → 15:05 → the actual departure is at 17:05. The result is almost a whole day at the airport without proper information. 4. Support work Technical support practically did not solve the problem. Most of the issues had to be resolved through pressure and scandal. For a company that sells Umra packages for almost $3,000 per person, this level of service is unacceptable. Bottom line: For almost $ 3,000 per person, I received not an individual service, but continuous problems, stress and non-compliance with the stated conditions. The organization of the tour is extremely weak. The service is at a low level. Promises don't match reality. I don't recommend it. For that kind of money, you can choose a more reliable company with real service and a responsible approach to the client.
