Our flight was supposed to be at 14:30 but after 2 times delay it is now at 1:00 next morning. Very irresponsible travel company

I flew to Novosibirsk in August 2025, there was no delay, the flight was scheduled. The flight attendants are both girls and boys, as a selection, all beautiful, well-groomed, polite, natural. Meals are provided on board, as well as drinks and tea or coffee. On the way back from Novosibirsk to Tashkent, there was a flight delay of about 2 hours due to a drunk, loud, inadequate passenger. At first, the flight attendants themselves tried to calm the passenger (their attempts were unsuccessful), after which more competent services were invited in this matter and the inadequate passenger was removed from the flight. The pilot apologized for the incident on board. The main thing is the safety of all passengers on the flight!!! I have not experienced any other delays...

A young Uzbek airline. Excellent service, delicious food, new planes. Ticket prices are more than acceptable. One of the disadvantages is that they are late, I took this into account when flying and took a couple of days in Tashkent (transit to Bangkok and back), so I was satisfied. I hope that Centrumair will please us with an application for buying tickets because the website is hanging or working via vpn, which is very inconvenient. Prosperity to you ❤
