The staff behaves unprofessionally: there is a lack of basic attention to customers, the cashier is distracted by phone calls and loud music during work, ignoring visitors. Such an attitude is absolutely unacceptable for a catering establishment. Separately, I would like to note a situation that can be regarded as misleading. The menu contains a children's doner, but when we tried to purchase it for a child, we were refused — they explained that it was "only for children up to 4th grade," although there is no official confirmation of such restrictions. In fact, we were forced to buy an "adult" doner.
