On the website, I indicated only the weight and dimensions of the parcel, I did not choose the tariff, the system chose it itself, the courier arrived, accepted the payment. After that, no information was received. It was only in the Russian support chat that the operators informed me about the problems with the registration. It came as a shock to me. I highly do not recommend this service in Kazakhstan, where indifferent and unscrupulous individuals work. You might as well throw the parcel in the trash and hope it gets to the recipient. No one even apologized. It's just disgusting. The parcel was stored for 12 days at the sorting point in Almaty at 486 B. Raimbek Street.

I used to work, constantly did not meet deadlines and most importantly on very important orders, stopped working with them, after a couple of years they called, they said that everything had been fixed for a long time, I believed-I made an application, whatever anyone thought, of course the parcel rode around Moscow for 6 days and was sent instead of by air, by land transport and not even in Almaty, and for some fig to Astana, but I'm in Almaty, the parcel is urgent, and sdek are the smartest, instead of informing the customer about some circumstances, they inform that the parcel will arrive, after my call and hassle, on January 31, sdek is sdek, nothing will change in them, I give up and recommend that they send only goods that are not urgent, because they do not care about your cargo and the urgency of departure, but it is better not to send.
